At ByXX, we take great care to ensure that each artwork is accurately represented and arrives in perfect condition. Please read our refunds and returns policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns Policy

We recognise every case is unique and we are opening to discussing returns or refunds via email but generally we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the artwork arrives damaged or has been misrepresented in its listing.

Damaged Artwork

If your artwork arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hellobyxx@gmail.com.

  • Provide clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging.

  • We will assess the claim and offer a replacement (if possible) or a refund.

Misrepresented Artwork

If the artwork you receive significantly differs from its description or images provided at the time of purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review your case and provide a refund or exchange if applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Slight color variations.

  • Custom or commissioned artwork.

Refund Process

  • If your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

  • We may require the return of the damaged or misrepresented artwork before issuing a refund.
